• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for suspected fraud, abuse, or violations of these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, user accounts, or related systems.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service at scale without our permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover source code or underlying models except to the extent permitted by law.
• Interfere with the Service’s operation, including by introducing malware or abusing rate limits.

The Service, including its content, design, and software, is owned by Betrix or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial use (unless we expressly allow otherwise).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Betrix will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or betting losses arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to Betrix for the Service in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Betrix and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

The Service may integrate with or rely on third-party services (for example, Google for authentication and Stripe for payment processing). Your use of those third-party services is governed by their terms and policies. Betrix is not responsible for third-party services and does not control their actions.

13. Miscellaneous

• Severability: if any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
• Assignment: you may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a business transfer.
• Entire agreement: these Terms and our Privacy Policy form the entire agreement regarding the Service.
• No waiver: failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Betrix operates, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Where required, consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction may apply.
